CROSSING BOUNDARIES….

The story of ‘Different Garments’ began in 2002 when two free spirited snowboarding/ skateboarding Austrians’gathered their life savings in pursuit of sun and surf in Bali, Indonesia.

Finding excuses to extend their ‘Bali holiday’, Leini and Aaron decided to form together and make the island a part of their reality. They loved the Balinese, the many inhabitants from around the world and more so, the ability to live in a community that embraces art and creativity. Leini´s passion and experience in graphic design, information technology and production combined with Aaron’s talent in the world of illustration and tattooing allowed them to seamlessly partner together, creating a line of clothing designed and manufactured in Bali, Indonesia. Inspired by providing job opportunities to the people of the island, Leini and Aaron have established a company that connects the worlds of Asia, Europe and America.

The ‘Different Garments’ collection, offers a range of minimalist designs produced with cutting-edge material. Assisting boardsport businesses around the world as they bring their brand to life ‘Different Garments’ continues to draw communities together. The latest collection offers styles and cuts reflecting the gentle feedback of friends and clients throughout California, Europe and Bali.
