Factory Bali and our People:

DG is committed to the idea that garment manufacturers have both an ethical and social responsibility to provide clean and safe conditions for Balinese workers. As a clothing manufacturer we have been working with a factory both owned and managed by an Indonesian family. After years of mutual cooperation, we have come to establish a safe and consistent working environment for the factory’s 40 employees. Most of the employees are either from Bali or the many surrounding islands of Indonesia and represent the varied religious landscape that is Indonesia.  Therefore, in addition to the factory itself,  a clean and secure living facility is provided for those employees whose families live further away.
